Nov. 29th – 8am – 2pm – Fit Barre 9:45 a.m.
Nov. 30th – 8am – 2pm – Spinning 10 a.m., Yoga 11 a.m.
One on One offers fun and rewarding group fitness classes for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who want a more challenging workout, we’ve got a class for you. Our classes are 30-60 minute, so you can always fit a workout into your busy schedule.
We’re confident that if you try a few of our classes, you’ll be surprised at just how fun and amazing a workout can be. All of our classes are led by nationally certified instructors who are friendly and always ready to offer encouragement and training advice.
