We offer fun group fitness classes for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who want a more challenging workout, we’ve got a class for you!
Our classes are 30-60 minutes, so you can always fit a workout into your busy schedule. All classes are led by nationally certified instructors who are always ready to offer encouragement and training advice.
We’re confident that if you try a few of our classes, you’ll be surprised at just how fun and amazing a workout can be!
BodyCombat: BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick, and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BodyPump: Body Pump is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your muscle groups while you squat, press, lift, and curl. The cutting edge Body Pump choreography and chart-topping music is refreshed every three months, so you can get the results you’ve been looking for!
Bootcamp: An adrenaline-powered program geared for anyone who wants to change their body. Our instructor will push you past your limits with strength & cardio conditioning drills designed to increase your overall fitness.
Cardio Kickboxing: Burn a ton of calories and let out some stress with this intense cardio workout. You’ll use focus mitts, bags, and your own body weight to punch, kick, and knee your way into great shape.
Fit Barre: A total body, fat burning workout that creates lifted glutes, thinner thighs, toned arms, and flat abs. A fusion of elements from ballet, Pilates, and resistance training are performed at the ballet barre and on the mat. Step up to the barre and get your body lifted!
Insanity: The high intensity cardio workout pushes you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.
Kettlebell: A total body workout using two things: a Kettlebell and your body. This class will increase your muscular strength and endurance, while scorching major calories!
Kangoo Power™: Kangoo Power™ is a new and highly motivating group program utilizing Kangoo Jumps® rebounding boots which increase the intensity of your workout while minimizing the impact to your joints. Jump, bounce, dance & have so much fun you’ll forget you’re doing cardio! Basic moves are suitable for all fitness levels, yet can be performed with increased intensity to challenge even the fittest. Beginner’s Spinning: This class will teach you how to set up your bike, proper hand positioning, and basic spinning drills. This class is progressive and will prepare you for the many other spinning classes that we offer.
Intermediate Spinning: Not too hard and not too easy is the best way to describe this Spin class. If you have increased cardio endurance but have only taken spinning a couple times or if you haven’t been in awhile, this is the perfect class you.
Spinning Express: Looking for a short, but INTENSE spinning class? You’ve found it! You won’t waste a second in this 30-minute class that is set to a wide variety of music including oldies, pop hits, hip hop, and R & B.
Party Ride: You’ll feel like you’re in a party in this spinning class. This class is set to all the dance hits and moves at a fast pace through upper body strengthening exercises and high intensity cardio.
Adventure Ride: This class will challenge your endurance, but keep it fun by switching up the routine every week. Who knows? Class in July could be a ride along the Tour de France.
Ride & Shine: Don’t hit snooze, just wake up & ride! This is especially for the early birds, but I guarantee you’ll be glad you came. You’ll leave this class energized and ready to start your day.
Ashtanga Yoga: This form of yoga focuses on a specific sequence of postures, which are linked through breath and movement. Ashtanga is an athletic flow that will increase your strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Vinyasa Yoga: This class focuses on alignment and proper breathing technique, linking poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. This class with lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your balance and flexibility.
Zumba: Join the party! Zumba is a combination of Latin and Hip Hop dance, set to a variety of music. You can burn hundreds of calories with HOT moves, so be ready to sweat. It’s a total body workout that includes toning exercises and fun choreography.
